Description
The natural beauty of this project surroundings required an architecture that
would
maintain and
enhance it, from the colour of its façade, its open distribution to the outside and
the use of
native vegetation, all of which have been selected to maintain its essential
nature.
These are sustainable homes, with bioclimatic architecture and facilities to
generate low
energy
consumption. Landscaped roofs, photovoltaic panels, electric car charging point,
xerogardening,
rainwater collection tanks, aerothermal system for heating and hot water
production, are
some
of the elements that make these homes unique.
This villa is one of the housing concepts at your disposal. With a cosy interior in
which
wood
plays a special role, and stands out for having clearly distinguished the rest area
from the
most
active area of the house, with the 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and the kitchen
and
living-
dining room on the ground floor, which are complemented by the outdoor areas,
which
play an
important role, as the Mediterranean climate makes them enjoyable practically all
year
round,
porch with outdoor dining area, terrace, swimming pool, and gardens created with
native
species, which connect the house with nature.
These villas are the homes that launch a benchmark for sustainability on the
Costa Blanca
North, located in the town of Llíber, based on respect for the environment,
transmitting the
values of the local culture, the well-being of its residents by promoting
community life and
a
healthy lifestyle in contact with nature.
The architecture of this project is based on the earth colours, on the dry stone
walls and on
the
native vegetation of the area, so that the houses are integrated into the
landscape of the
Vall del
Pop.
Its design and equipment favours low energy consumption. The homes have an
aerothermal
system for heating and sanitary hot water, underfloor heating, installation of solar
panels,
motorised ventilation system, electric car charging point, domotics, terraced
gardens with
traditional stone walls and native plants, among other elements. In addition, in
order to
ensure
that mobility around the residential complex is respectful, a car or two electric
bicycles are
included with each home.
The villas are built on plots between 400 and 700 m2, distributed over two
floors. They are
3-
bedroom detached villas, with two interior layout concepts to choose from. The
surface
areas of
the properties are around 315 m2, and each property has its own private
swimming pool,
parking space, storage room and impressive open views of the vineyards and the
beautiful
natural surroundings of the Vall del Pop.
